Discovery and Assessment:
In-depth assessment of your business needs and challenges for your environment including identification of apps that needs to be migrated along with Storage requirements as well for the apps or for critical data. The areas covered in the assessment include security and compliance, operational model, migration plan and business plan. At the end of assessment, a report with gaps analysis and priorities is presented to help you to better prepare for the migration.
Planning:
In this phase we prepare a detailed presentation along with project plan which includes the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), ROI (Return of Investment). Time estimation, cost, complexity, risk, migration approach and reward of workload migration for your organization. This exercise is done by our team of AWS experts who have experienced in migrating small to large and complex workloads.
Preparing For Migration:
ABNR Software Solutions establishes a secure and reliable connection to ensure that data and applications can be transferred smoothly and securely based on customer needs. The migration approach facilitates creating a new landing zone from scratch, but some organizations may have a pre-existing target environment, which we would assess for suitability for receiving the migration workloads and adapt as required. Testing and Validation:
ABNR Software Solutions test the migration process and validate that the cloud platform is configured correctly and meets the organization's needs. ABNR Software Solutions conducts small scale POC /UAT of migration with limited set of data and applications to the cloud and testing them to ensure that they function as expected. Once the POC is completed and validated by customer ABNR Software Solutions will conduct the full-scale migration to cloud.
